Speech therapy for Quakertown kids, at home or on screen.

Two ways to work together

Home visits or teletherapy: which fits your child?

Both are fifty minutes, one-to-one, with coaching for you built in. The right choice depends on your child’s age, what we’re working on, and how your week runs. We’ll decide together on the call.

  • Best for toddlers and kids who learn through hands-on play.
  • I see your child’s real routines, toys and siblings.
  • Practice happens in the room where it will be used.

Teletherapy

$130

  • Works well for many school-age kids.
  • For toddlers, it’s mostly me coaching you while you play.
  • No drive, and easy to keep on sick days or bad-weather weeks.

Why families in upper Bucks call

Most calls start with a worry that has been building for a while: a two-year-old with only a few words, a preschooler strangers can’t understand, or a school-age child who has started avoiding talking.

Some families are already on a waitlist somewhere and don’t want to lose months. Evaluations with me are usually scheduled within two weeks, and if I’m full I’ll tell you on the phone and point you to two therapists I trust.

Around Quakertown

In town and the townships around it.

If home visits make sense, I’ll come to you. If the drive doesn’t work week to week, teletherapy keeps the same therapist and the same plan.

Cassie Vitale, M.S., CCC-SLP

M.S., CCC-SLP · 14 years with kids · Licensed in Pennsylvania

I spent fourteen years as a speech-language pathologist in Bucks and Montgomery County schools. I loved the kids and never had enough time with any of them.

Now I keep a small private caseload in upper Bucks, work with one child at a time, and coach the parents who do the real practice between visits.

Questions

Quakertown parents often ask

Yes. Quakertown is part of my regular area, and travel is included in the $165 session fee.

Yes, but it looks different. For children under three, online sessions are mostly me coaching you while you play with your child, and at that age coaching you is most of the work anyway.

It can help. School services focus on access to the classroom, usually in a small group. I work one-to-one on your goals and, with your permission, coordinate with the school SLP.

Evaluations are usually within two weeks of the first call, and weekly sessions start the week after. If I don’t have room, I’ll say so and point you elsewhere.

Not to work with me. Pennsylvania lets you go straight to a licensed SLP. Your insurer may want a referral on file before reimbursing you, so check with them first.
