A Sellersville speech therapist who comes to you.

Sellersville sits right next to my Perkasie home base, so getting to your door is a short drive. I work with your child on your own living room floor, and you get the same therapist every week, from the evaluation to the last session. Birth through age twelve.

The reasons Sellersville parents usually call.

Most calls start with one sentence: “he isn’t really talking yet,” or “nobody outside the family can understand her.” If one of these sounds like your child, the free call is a good next step.

Birth to 3

Not many words yet

Pointing and pulling instead of talking, or a vocabulary that stopped growing. At this age, coaching you is most of the work.

Ages 2 to 12

Hard to understand

Sounds that come out wrong, words that stick on the first sound, or speech only the family can follow.

Ages 3 to 12

Mixes up what’s asked

Misses two-step directions, answers a different question, or tells a story out of order.

All ages

Conversation and connection

Autism and social communication: back-and-forth talk, playing with other kids, and AAC when a device is the quickest way to be understood.

Getting started

From first call to first session

Nothing costs you anything until the evaluation, and you’ll know after the first call whether we’re a good fit.

  1. 1

    Send the form or call

Four quick answers. I call back the same day, usually within the hour.

  2. 2

    Free 15-minute call

You describe what you’re seeing. I tell you honestly whether an evaluation makes sense, or whether this is likely to sort itself out.

  3. 3

    Evaluation at your house

Ninety minutes of play and testing, usually within two weeks of the call. You get a written summary and a plan you can actually read.

  4. 4

    Weekly sessions

Same day and time each week. Fifty minutes, ending with coaching for you and five minutes of practice a day between visits.

Who comes to your door

Cassie Vitale, M.S., CCC-SLP

14 years with kids · PROMPT trained · Early intervention, birth to three

Before Home Field, I was a speech-language pathologist in Bucks and Montgomery County schools. I loved the kids, but thirty-minute groups of four never gave any of them enough of my time.

Now I keep a small private caseload so every Sellersville family gets me, one child at a time, for the whole session. No assistants and no rotation.

From a Sellersville parent
She sat on the floor with him for ten minutes and then told us exactly what she was seeing. We had been waiting four months for somebody to say a plain sentence to us.

Questions

Sellersville parents often ask

No. Travel is already part of the $165 session fee in Sellersville and every other town I serve.

Usually, yes. Give me your street on the free call and I’ll confirm before you book anything. If it’s further than I can reliably reach every week, I’ll tell you up front.

Not to work with me. Pennsylvania lets you go straight to a licensed speech-language pathologist. Your insurer may want a referral on file before it reimburses you, so check with them before sending the first superbill.

Often it helps. School speech is built around the classroom, usually in a small group. I work one-to-one on the goals you care about, and with your permission I’ll talk with the school SLP so we’re pulling in the same direction.

Most children I see come weekly for four to six months, and younger kids often move faster than parents expect. You’ll get a real estimate after the evaluation, and we’ll revisit it every eight weeks.

That’s what the free call is for. If what you describe sounds like typical development, I’ll say so and tell you what to keep an eye on. There’s no charge either way.
